Extra-judicial Dispute Resolution Procedures

In the event of disputes between lawyers and their clients, it is possible to apply for out-of-court dispute resolution at the respective regional bar association (see above) pursuant to Section 73 (2) No. 3 in conjunction with Section 73 (5) BRAO or at the Conciliation Board of the Bar Association at the Federal Bar Association pursuant to Section 191 f BRAO, which can be found on the Internet at www.brak.de, email: schlichtungsstelle@s-d-r.org. Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VBSG) We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
